Shipping

Shipping times are not the same as processing order time frames. Turn around time is 15-21 business days on all products unless stated otherwise. Turn Around Time(TAT) does not include weekends or holidays. TAT for ready to ship items are 5-7 business days unless stated otherwise, items ready to ship will be stated as (READY TO SHIP). 

Refund

We do not accept returns. All of our products are personalized per the request of our customers.
